Class Snapshot summarizes recent Khan Academy work, while Recommend Assignments suggests relevant content that a teacher can assign. These features connect preparation to an existing class and content library.
Tutor Me supports a problem image accompanied by a written question. Eligible learners can attach PNG or JPEG images on the website; district use requires the feature to be enabled. The original image does not appear in saved chat history, which uses a placeholder and an AI-generated caption. This differs from keeping a permanent photograph of the worksheet in a conversation.
A family subscription links tutoring access to a parent account. Adults can review a child’s interactions, and moderation can send alerts to a connected adult. District partnerships add school access and administration. The free teacher collection does not grant unrestricted tutoring to an entire class, although teacher-assigned Writing Coach essays have a separate student-access route.
