How It Works
Upload an image containing text — a photo, screenshot, or scanned document. Select the language of the text, then click Extract. The tool uses Tesseract.js, an open-source OCR engine, to recognize and extract the text.
The extracted text appears in an editable text area. You can copy it to clipboard, download as a .txt file, or edit it directly before saving. The tool also shows a confidence score indicating recognition accuracy.
